We work hard to ensure each shipment of FOND is packed with care and arrives to you as beautifully as it left us, but occasionally things happen during the shipping process. If you receive broken or damaged jars, please let us know by emailing howdy@fondregenerative.com. We will always refund or replace any damaged jars if you contact us within 15 days of receipt. We do require proof of the damage, which is as simple as attaching a picture or video in your email.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any other reason, we want to know about it! We handle other returns and replacements on a case-by-case basis, but we will always work to find a solution you feel good about.
