4 Tbsp butter

4 Tbsp all-purpose flour

1 jar FOND’s Beef Demi-Glace

8 oz FOND’s Pure & Unflavored Beef Bone Broth

Salt, if desired
Directions
In a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
Once melted, add the flour (this is called a roux!). Cook for 3-5 minutes.
Add the beef demi-glace slowly, whisking to combine. The butter and flour mixture should start to thicken when this happens; that is good. Continue to add slowly until fully incorporated. Cook for 2 minutes.
Add the bone broth, whisking slowly to fully incorporate. Once incorporated, this can be left at a low temperature until ready to serve.
Recipe Note
Please note: Both the demi-glace and the bone broth are at room temperature in this recipe. If yours has been refrigerated, just warm it gently in a saucepan before adding to the roux (butter & flour mixture).
