This easy, balanced dish is perfect when you need something simple yet delicious for a weeknight meal.
Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

3 Tbsp coconut aminos

2 tsp ground ginger
-
2 tsp garlic powder
-
1 Tbsp FOND’s Duck Fat

20 oz shredded cabbage
-
Salt & pepper, to taste

Green onions

Cilantro leaves

Directions
In a medium saute pan on medium heat, begin to brown the ground beef. Once it is browned, add in the bone broth, coconut aminos, ginger, and garlic. Let this mixture simmer and reduce for about 10 minutes.
Add the duck fat. Once melted, add in the cabbage, salt, and pepper and mix well. Saute until the cabbage has begun to wilt, about 5 minutes. Once wilted, it is done!
Garnish with add-ons of your choice!
