Refrigerate after opening and use within 4–7 days, or freeze leftover broth in an ice cube tray for easy access anytime.

Chicken Demi-Glace: Demi-glace is a delicate yet deeply savory flavor foundation. A few spoonfuls will transform sauces, soups, marinades, braises, pasta, vegetables, and more. Demi-glace is shelf-stable for 2 years from the date of manufacture. Refrigerate after opening and use within 14 days.

Duck Fat: Ideal for high-heat cooking, use duck for for searing meats, frying, baking, roasting meats, vegetables, and more. Use as a butter or oil replacement in any dish. Unopened, our duck fat is shelf-stable for 2 years from the date of manufacture. After opening, store in the fridge, where it will last 12-18 months. Natural separation may occur, simply stir.
