Unopened, FOND products are shelf-stable for 2 years from the date of manufacture. 

For tallow: After opening, store in the pantry for up to 1 year - this makes it easier to scoop out of the jar - or refrigerate for up to 2 years. 

For lard and duck fat: After opening, store in the fridge, where it will last 12-18 months.
