For Bone Broth: Refrigerate after opening and use within 4–7 days, or freeze leftover broth in an ice cube tray for easy access anytime.
For Tallow: After opening, store in the pantry for 6-8 weeks - this makes it easier to scoop out of the jar - or refrigerate/freeze for up to 2 years.
