Nutrient-Dense Bone Broth Sloppy Joes
Rated 4 stars by 12 users
Serve your family a meal that brings a healthy twist to a nostalgic dish!
Our bone broth sloppy joes are made with Force of Nature’s Ancestral Blend and FOND’s regenerative bone broth. In addition to giving you an incredibly delicious dish, these ingredients add nourishing organ meat and gut-supporting bone broth in a way that friends and family will love.
Bone broth adds vital amino acids and additional protein and collagen to the dish while the organ meats add additional vitamins, specifically B6 and B12.

-
2 Tbsp FOND’s tallow, lard, or duck fat
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
-
1 lb Force of Nature Meats Ancestral beef blend
- ¾ cup ketchup
-
¼ cup FOND’s Pure & Unflavored Beef Bone Broth or FOND’s Pure & Unflavored Chicken Bone Broth

- 1 Tbsp yellow mustard
-
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp paprika
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 8-12 brioche buns, toasted
Directions
Start by melting the fat in a saucepan, then saute the onions and green bell pepper until tender (about 6 minutes). Add the ground beef, breaking it up with a wooden spoon until cooked through, about 8 minutes.
Add the ketchup, bone broth, steak sauce, mustard, apple cider vinegar, and spices. Mix well and continue to cook until the mixture is thickened and heated through (about 6-10 minutes). Serve immediately over toasted buns, over rice or with chips!
