Garlic Herb Marinade

This bone broth marinade is versatile and delicious. It also scales easily, so if you have more meat, just up the ingredients! Using ¼ cup of marinade per lb of meat is a good rule of thumb!

Ingredients

1/4 cup FOND’s Lemon & Garlic Bone Broth

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

2 sprigs dill, roughly chopped

2 sprigs thyme, roughly chopped

1 stalk chive, roughly chopped

1 clove garlic, roughly chopped

½ teaspoon black pepper

Sea salt, to taste
Directions
Put all ingredients in a blender and salt to taste - since this is a marinade, you want it to be on the saltier side.
Coat your meat in the marinade, place in an airtight container and let sit overnight.
Take your meat out of the friddge roughly 30 minutes before cooking, remove from the marinade, and cook or grill as desired!
